How Can I Track My Order?

After clicking the “Track Your Order” button, you will be redirected to a page where you need to enter your Order ID and Billing Email, as shown below:

Clicking the “Track” button will take you to the “My Account” page, where you can view the current status of your order, as illustrated below.

How to Cancel an Order?

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your My Account page (refer to the image below for guidance).
  2. Locate the order you wish to cancel. On the right side of the order details, click the Cancel button (see image below).
  3. A pop-up will appear asking for the reason for cancellation. Fill it out and confirm your cancellation.

  2. Add Products to Cart: Browse the products and click the “Add to Cart” button displayed below each product (see the image below).

    • The selected product will automatically be added to your cart.
    • To view your cart, click the Cart icon located at the top-right corner of the webpage (as shown below).
  3. Modify Cart or Checkout:

    • Click “View Cart” to review your selections and update product quantities if needed.
    • Once ready, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  4. Fill in Billing Details: You’ll be directed to a checkout page. Fill in the required billing details and click the “Place Order” button to finalize your purchase (refer to the image below).

For guest users, there’s no need to register. Simply follow the same steps using the “Add to Cart” option to shop without an account.

Why Isn’t the Cash on Delivery Option Available at Checkout?

The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for Zone C and Zone D regions. However, customers in these areas can use Bank Transfer as a payment method.
